CANCELLATION POLICY · Withdrawal from a course within 2 weeks of start date defaults 25% of the course fee. · Withdrawal from a course within 1 week of start date defaults 50% of the course fee. · Withdrawal from a course after commencement defaults 100% of the course fee.
In the latter case, nominees will still receive all workshop materials by mail.
Nominees who are unable to attend a course, may, however, transfer to another course or send replacements at no extra cost.
If there are insufficient registrations, it may be necessary to postpone or cancel a workshop. Nominees will be notified as soon as possible if this happens, and refunded in full if not opting to be transferred to a future workshop.
