Time Horizons Profiler (THP)
The THP is a very specific profiler; it tells us about managerial capability. At different levels of management, specific capabilities are required. For example at supervisory level a manager is required to be able to plan out to a minimum of 1 year. This person then needs to have this inherent capability (planning to one year).
THP measures a person's planning ability. The theory behind this profiler has been researched for over 50 years with 0.94 correlation. No other profiler can boast such validity and reliability.
There are also no right and wrong answers with the THP profiler.
